1. Based on the regulation and requirement and our management of translation, we work on each translation project by following procedures:
①Confirm Project Leader
Based on client’s materials, we confirm the relevant project leader. The project leader is
responsible for the negotiation with client, the whole procedure of translation,
communication with client and problem-solving.
②Evaluate the Project
Based on client’s documents, the project leader needs to do a comprehensive evaluation and ensure the translation manner, translator/interpreter, terminology, quantity, deadline, quota,etc.
③Confirm the Translator/Interpreter
The project leader needs to choose the professional and senior translator / interpreter to start the translation work according to the materials and client’s requirements.
④Verify the Translation Project
In order to ensure the quality of our translation, we verify and check our translation three times and proide our accurate and complete translation work to our client.
⑤Additional Service
If client has any suggestions after work done, we immediately and effectively modify and proofread our translation to solve client’s worries and perfect our translation based on client’s reasonable requirements.
⑥Feedback
Based on client’s feedback and suggestions, we summarize our work, improve ourselves and strive to achieve excellence.
